The line that got me in this typical ESPN article was how they admit they are overrating and overestimating Michigan..

“The No. 10 ranking in SP+ is certainly aggressive. It will require massive offensive improvement.” (But we’ll do it anyway because, you know, Michigan.)

I don't understand why it's ok for the offense to be able to sub late to angle shoot, but the defense must move at an "athletic pace." They're already having to play reactively to the offense.

Offense should not be able to sub after a certain point on the playclock. Frankly I like it better when the offense can put itself at risk of getting a delay of game penalty(how it is now, basically).

I agree. If you don’t allow the offense to sub after a certain point in the play clock (let’s say 15 seconds for example), then if the defense isn’t able to sub in the allotted time, you could call defensive delay of game objectively vs having to make a judgement call as to whether or not the kid is moving at an athletic pace. Seems like a pretty easy solve.

ESPN loves to promotes it's metrics, so once they come up with one, they write a lot of articles on it.
That said, the case for Michigan isn't too bad. They finished the season 3-0 with a couple very good wins (Bama and tOSU) and have a 5 star QB coming in and 11th ranked class on 247sports. The QB is their #1 overall player in the class and potentially generational talent. I watched some highlights and his Spring game he looked like a freshman, but the potential is there. Wish we were playing them this year --I think he'll be their starter and will make some mistakes.

I notice on the website under the Football Tickets page, they show single game tickets AND single game parking tickets will both be coming available this week.

First time season ticket holder (section 130, row 40); no IFUND. Can a person like me buy a parking pass for the full season, or must i click though and individually purchase for each game to my shopping cart??

I think a $250 I-fund contribution qualifies you for a season parking pass, however, this year's parking assignments were sent out last month. I'm sure you can probably still get something. I would contact your account rep and let them know your circumstance and they'll be able to advise you. Having to get one for each individual game sounds like a pain.
