Houston was notoriously lacking in size last season. Their 3 starting guards were 6-1, 6-3, and 6-4.

regardless of whether Williams presents as a Houston-like guard, if he's really morphing into a guard is much more interesting to me

Thanks for the heads up.i haven't seen any tape on the kid but definitely looks to have a solid college build already.his legs look like tree trunks.yea tsj was most certainly a athletic freak for sure.he did some things both offensively and defensively ive seen few people make in college

he was 6' 6" as a frosh, so height-wise, he may be done. thing is, he was much more of an inside player w/a developing perimeter game. always a specimen, but it sounds like he's expanded his game a lot.
I wouldn't mind seeing Fletch work with some bigger bodies guys haven't really seen that since Kofi(TJ was already a freak before he got here).
I'm not criticizing the recruiting but it feels like we have gotten a bunch of skinny guys and Fletch gets them up to par. Get some bigger guys and let Fletch go to work.
Scheme doesn't matter as much when you can physically impose your will on the opposing team on both sides of the court.
Feel like Houston has been notoriously short for years now under Sampson but I wouldn't necessarily say they were small or lacking size.
They're all built and they bully teams with their physicality.
