I absolutely love this. I only coached up through about U16 "travel" baseball and soccer. I used to emphasize the need for the players to talk to each other on the field (believe it or not, it applies to baseball as well). Football is such a strategic sport with very little time (seconds) to make a decision, the entire team needs to be on the same page regarding responsibilities before the snap. Coaches can't do anything to help at that point.
