quite possible they lose every game the rest of the season. I only see 3 games they would have any shot in, and they are likely underdogs in every game.

The punt and turnover was one of the worst referee calls I’ve seen.
Obvious ran into returner, picked up flag. Called turnover on a ball that was never even close to touching Maryland. Thank goodness Locksley could throw a flag.
Danny O’Neill was the top Illini QB target in his class, I believe. From Indianapolis.

Looks like the opinions that Clemson coaching was average, even in their natty years could be true. Now that everyone can pay players, they’ve lost their advantage.
Dabo never seemed particularly smart so it could be entertaining to see how he acts if they lose. He’ll probably get so defensive we get some good sound clips

What is up with Fickell? I thought he was a pretty dang good coach and would do really well at Wisconsin. He's proving to be pretty mediocre.

Hindsight is 50/50
1. Cincy when they were a G5 and Big East program was a program that relatively easy to win at, see Brian Kelly and Butch Jones.
2. Installed an Air Raid offense at Wisconsin is a major culture shock to put it mildly.
Lou Fickel not long for Wisconsin. Doesn't seem like the right fit for both. Still think Fickel is a good coach and program builder, but probably needs a different conference and school.
Austin Brown too.
He had Freeman and Denbrock as coordinators
