Wasn't the line for IU/Iowa 6? Talk about a bad beat taking a safety for a 5 point game on the last play

very strange coach at Iowa .

he’s in the same coaching circle as Dabo & Gundy .

...or having 3 in the end score pool only to have the qb take the safety instead of just going down. 🤯 That's why I don't bet.

that , and without legit inside info week after week , you are guaranteed to lose at least 55% of the time in the long run .

YOU CANT WIN

Vegas wasn’t built on good luck .
It was built in a sure thing on their side

I watched the second half of the Iowa game and I was impressed with Iowa’s defense. They were rushing five and even six players on almost every play. They had constant pressure on the Indiana quarterback, so much different from when we played Indiana last week.

Iowa likely dooms any remaining Illini playoff chances.
Hard to see Illinois beat OSU - realistically - and hard to see the B10 getting five teams in. Four would've been my expectation, and 10-2 Illinois would've been ahead of 9-3 Indiana most likely (though debatable). Indiana is not losing more than 2 games with their remaining schedule.

Look, I know we're all required to worship at the Altar of the Great Cignetti now. But they gotta avoid their own nightmares on the road at Oregon and PSU. We always knew that Illinois would have to win 2/3 of the Indiana, USC, and Ohio State games and not stub their toe anywhere else.

It's going to be tough, it always was, but everything is still infront of Illinois.

The playoff talks were never about having to go 11-1 in mind. The best case scenario expectation was 10-2. At the beginning of the year, most would've said its possible (at 10-2)... and it still is, but IU winning today is a massive wrench. Indiana's emergence has been a wrench for everyone in the B10.

Lose to Indiana and Ohio State, which are probably two CFP teams, and I think you're on the right side of the bubble. Obviously that bubble is packed with 4-6 teams with similar resumes. You can point to a decimated defense as a reason for the score disparity with Indiana.

And an unnecessary one. If he had gone down at the one, the game would have still been over. Clock had expired.

I guess I always assumed that another team in the B1G would emerge (Indiana or whoever)

Simply too big of a conference now with schedule variation.

I think they are pretty sic. Color changing numbers are elite.
They are nice no question. Chameleon numbers, next level.
I think they should've went green and yellow and put the old school duck on the helmet. Match their traditional old school and add vibrancy.
