Week 8 Games

I'm not a fan of Railoa because of his weird Mahomes ripoff persona but let's not forget the dude is only a true sophomore and is by no means a finished product at this point.

It’s been a year and a half, about 20 games, and I don’t see any difference from day 1.

Maybe he can be a carson Palmer, below average for 3 years before finally figuring it out in year 4.

Number 12 Alex McLaughlin is a starting safety for Washington. Alex McLaughlin's parents were both from Macomb, IL. His grandparents were good friends of mine. His mother was in my daughter's class and a State Champion 400-meter runner. His dad was a very good quarterback in high school. He had an uncle who was a very good college baseball player at SIU Carbondale. Comes from a family of good athletes.

I disagree a bit. We moved the ball on them - GT is not. It would have been a shoot out with us had they not turned the ball over.

The Duke vs Georgia Tech game is important for two reasons. One obviously is to increase our strength of schedule, but the other reason is to give GT their first loss. For Illinois to have the best possible chance at making the playoff, the ACC needs to be a 1 bid league.
