In the case that Ty misses the entire season, it would be near impossible for him not to be granted an additional full year of eligibility due to medical. There's a lot of precedent for this to the point of it probably be considered fairly typical. So 9 months would be when? If anything beyond January that is not ideal, sort of Goode like? Not sure how it would work with Ty since he has already take a RS year?
The NCAA is considering a 5 years to play 5 rule. As I understand it, there would no longer be redshirts of any kind.In the case that Ty misses the entire season, it would be near impossible for him not to be granted an additional full year of eligibility due to medical. But if Ty plays after early January at any point that will in almost all cases burn the eligibility year.
Unless something’s changed today, the NCAA has tabled that indefinitely. The NCAA is considering a 5 years to play 5 rule. As I understand it, there would no longer be redshirts of any kind.
We are deep.
It's nice.
It's been widely reported that this is no longer under consideration for the 26-27 academic year. It's been tabled as of a couple weeks ago.The NCAA is considering a 5 years to play 5 rule. As I understand it, there would no longer be redshirts of any kind.

I somehow missed that news. Thanks. It's been widely reported that this is no longer under consideration for the 26-27 academic year. It's been tabled as of a couple weeks ago.
So that means Ty is more likely to medical redshirt, right?I somehow missed that news. Thanks.
I don’t think he wants to. I think I read or heard something like that. Unless he actually cannot play, or could only come back, say in February or March, he wants to play this year.So that means Ty is more likely to medical redshirt, right?
I mean... you're losing a lot of money soI don’t think he wants to. I think I read or heard something like that. Unless he actually cannot play, or could only come back, say in February or March, he wants to play this year.
