Our 3 point shooting so far can only be described as Death From Above. They won't come so easy against top competition, but I believe we can stretch the floor and force teams to defend us out to the arc pretty effectively this year, which should really open things up on offense.

Tomi needs to toughen up. He’s great, more finesse not so much grit. We need him to be tougher this season. Can’t be turning it over like that

Think the expectation is that he won't be a contributor til year 3. I'll be personally surprised if he doesn't get run tonight but not gonna be JJs year without some serious low post injuries.

1. They can't make open 3s.
2. They aren't smart on defense. For example, they should be making Fagbemi prove he can make an outside shot before playing up on him.
3. They can't compete for rebounds without fouling.

That said, we're doing a good job taking advantage of the situation. I'd like to see us handle and pass it a bit better when we're doubled, but I'm nitpicking at this point.

I talked up Keaton, but he's had a couple of bad turnovers since. At the end of the day, he's a freshman out there. We really need Andrej and Mihailo back against the big boys coming up on our schedule.
