Yes to a certain extent but Michigan's defense also kept Washington QB in check pressuring him just like Wisconsin did. Iowa defense does what it does at Kinnick..just makes things tough on offenses. Probably rain didn't help Oregon passing game but Iowa also kept Indiana under wraps till the very end
And Oregon missing there top 2 receivers al9ng with the rain really didn't help Oregon passing game today

Those of us with YTTV have no idea what you’re talking about.

A pox on Disney…….

Wisconsin will have 7 losses by then and not be playing for anything assuming they don’t pull off a massive upset against IU.

It is their senior day but I still don’t think they will have much juice for that game
Credit to wiscy for the win but yes once out of bowl consideration they likely won’t have much juice

I’ve seen enough bad Illini teams over the years to know they might put up a fight but if you get a lead on them they will just fold up.

ACC is now officially a 1 team conference. Brutal last 2 weeks for their top teams.
Big 12 is also trending towards 1 bid. Between the AQ from non power conference and the AQ from ACC that means you have to be in the top 10 to get in.

BYU is 12th this morning on ESPN and left out.

Oregon State had a loss for the ages. Out gained its opponent 474 to 157 for the game and led 17-7 at half at home on senior night. End up losing 21-17 with only points scored in second half coming on a 98 yard kickoff return and on a blocked punt return. And the opponent was previously 0-8 Sam Houston State.

Duke still has a fairly reasonable shot as crazy as it sounds. The UConn game does not count against their conference record. Huge home game against UVA...

amazing stat on UCONN they have lost three games all in OT

A stretch to clearly call 2 feet in but an incredible catch nonetheless. One of the better games I’ve watched in some time.

Not a stretch, a fact. BTW, his right foot touched in bounds first. We do agree, however, that (1) it was an incredible grab; and (2) the 4Q (which was all that I saw of the game) was a classic.

lol the gobsmacked guy with his mouth open in the background

Initially I thought this too. But GT will get in if they win out and another team can win the ACC. I think that's the only path for a 2 bid ACC.
True. If Georgia Tech beats Georgia (and to a lesser extent Pittsburgh) they would be in even with a loss in the ACC Championship game. So you are right, though I just don't see it happening.

He said "win out". That doesn't include losing in the conference championship game. ACC is 1 bid no matter how it shakes. There aren't enough quality opportunities to validate a 2 loss ACC team for an at large.

B1G saying today that USC should have been penalized for fake punt against Northwestern. Both the backup QB and the punter were both listed with same number on USC's game day roster but the QB's regular number was listed on the team's online roster and the in game notes for the game.

The 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty would not have been enforced until USC's first actual punt late in the 1st half in this situation.

I just don’t understand why they'd use it against NW with games left against Iowa, Oregon.

debatable (even in 4k) if the right foot ever touched down imo
You know what? I was wrong. I had taken for granted that his rt foot was down and focused on him dragging the left. But I don't think now that I look closely that he ever got the right foot down. My bad.
