That was ugly as hell, but what a 2nd half defensive effort. That was special. Great job by Scott and Jacas in their final games. Special. 8-4 maybe not the season we wanted based on preseason expectations this year, but gotta appreciate it. We're moving in the right direction. If we can get another winning season next year with all the holes we're filling, we'll be sustainable and that’s something I've wanted for a long time. Let's win our bowl game and keep the 8+ win streak going next year.

Offense did everything they could to give it away.

Serious question... who was calling the defense? There were turnovers, there were pressure, there were sacks... things we haven't seen in forever.

The defense has struggled all year with misdirection and NW did absolutely nothing to make them uncomfortable. Terrible game plan by them.

I'm collecting receipts for tomorrow. I'm not sure if it's Loyalty or the Illinois fan base that are the whiniest biatches in college football. We won the freakin' game to finish with the best 2 year stretch in 35 years and we folks complaining. GMAFB.

Thank you to Luke and ALL the seniors who gave their all every game.

8-4- as a lifelong Illinois fan- I'll gladly take it- but man-somehow it doesn't have the sparkle you'd think it would..

Use that $ to build up our team- fire Henry-fire Miller- and improve our coaching in those two areas.

Go Illini

Oh and thank you Luke!
Fire Henry and fire Miller despite getting commitments from the #1 JC DB in the country and a top 3 JC O-Lineman in the country......good luck with that.

I can't imagine a defensive back committing with no defensive coordinator involvement and I can't imagine an offensive lineman committing without knowing who's coaching the unit.
