Yes. They are going to get a P4 with a track record of success. Illinois is more likely to get a quality G5 or a backup with potential from P4.
What is the source? There’s no chance unless he got some assurance he’s getting drafted (highly unlikely) or some team is throwing him a bag (also highly unlikely what teams are throwing bags at kickers?)

Colton Joseph would be VERY nice. Over 1,000 yards rushing (bonkers) to go along with 2,624 passing.
