An oddly timed question -

Has Jordan Anderson ever been stopped in a short yardage (say 2 yards or less) situation? I can't think of a time he's ever been stopped in those situations.
Duke game - 1 yard for a first down on 4th and 1
OSU - got 1 yard on 3rd and 2, got 0 yards on 3rd and 1, then got 2 yards on 4th and 1.
Wash - scored TD from 1 yard line.
MD - 20 yard gain on 3rd and 1
WI - 1 yard for a first down on 3rd and 1
TN - 2 yards for a first down on 3rd and 1, 13 yards for a first down on 4th and 1.

So to answer your question - yes, he has, but only one actually resulted in not converting. The second possession of the two in the OSU game, he converted on 4th down.

I so hope I'm wrong, but as of today, I personally feel like next season win wise is.…..8 is the ceiling, 6 is the floor.

If the Dline issues get resolved with portal acquisitions, I think 9 and even 10 is the ceiling. The schedule is even more favorable than this past year. Oregon and Ohio State are the only guaranteed losses. We have great chances in all other games.

I also sorta think 8 is gonna be the ceiling next year. Too many new faces, including the QB, who are gonna have to learn the playbook and get used to playing together. I think making a bowl game would be great all things considered. When's the last time we made three bowl games in a row?

I admire Luke's loyalty to his teammates and to our university but let's also understand that generational wealth plays a role that the majority of "the rest of them" can't count on.

Preseason I’ll say in the 30-40 range nationally and about 10th in the BT

I feel like there's enough question marks around us where I am not too upset for being left out of "Way Too Early Top 25" lists.

That said, there is no reason to assume we can't be worthy to start the year in the top 25, and you just know the idiot national pundits ill be more willing to give mediocre SEC teams the benefit of the doubt over us. Will be more telling to see where our wins O/U gets set this summer.

Also, B1G, WHEN ARE WE GOING TO GET THE SCHEDULE FINALLY???

We will finish this season around 30th and didn’t appear to improve (possibly stayed about the same). Not being in the preseason Top 25 is expected.

Next year’s wins over under will be 7.5
