Does anybody know how Bowick managed to get a 90 grade as a transfer from 247? Good for #26 transfer WR and #106 transfer overall? I haven't been able to figure that one out.

Btw it appears he's headed to Oklahoma St. and Curt Neal to Purdue. Those may have been posted on here already but I didn’t see them.
So I have nothing conclusive but Bowick looked extremely productive prior to injury right before the Indiana game. Didn't look the same the rest of the season until the bowl game. I really think injury played a role here.

Look man, I also went into the 2025 season thinking our RB room was pretty good

But I watched every game and I'm just confused as to why we haven't brought in anybody from the portal at that position. I guess we'll see something from these guys next year that we didn't see this year.
Valentine looked extremely good before his injury at OSU. Derailed his season in my opinion. He came back healthy against Tennessee and once again impressed. That said I wouldn't be surprised if we did see some change in that room.

They still don't trust him to pass block, nor should they at this point. 2024 McCray really was a great fit for this offense.

What if I told you there was ANOTHER shark that just so happens to be a TE coach AND that’s related to this shark … 👀🦈

I don't really see the fit in the WR room. The need is for a big target. Dixon can play the slot, provide good blocking, and mix in Rankin.
Looks like a Hank Beatty type player. I'm good with that.

I mean, maybe, but this is the frame of time we're talking about:

That's 28.7 yards a game and 10.8 yards a reception over those 3 games. That doesn't exactly blow me away, and isn't that different than the overall numbers he ended up with, with the exceptions of TDs since 60% of his TDs came in those first two weeks.

Are any of these WRs that we have signed burners? We have a guy that can throw way down field and hoping that we can get someone who is fast and can get downfield to take advantage of that arm of his.

Hey! Maybe we can get McCray back here for another season, based on the amount he (did not) play this year!
One slightly-used running back....

Biggest issue in the RB room, IMO, is their inability to fight through contact. If they have the holes they'll get the yards, but they need someone besides Anderson that can bounce off an attempted tackle and actually produce on their own.

Funny how everyone forgets about Laughery. Had the most yards per carry 5.1, longest run 57 yards, and gained 382 yards in only 9 games. He's the best one of the group IMO.
Very productive when he gets the rock, but doesn't get as many touches because he can't seem to stay healthy. I feel all three of Valentine, Feagin, and Laughery have been cases of production not matching potential, for different reasons. Would be nice to see an explosion for at least one of them in 2026.
