Wow, Miami look like they are going to pee this game down a leg. Yeah, Ole Miss has made the plays to take advantage of the opportunities given to them by the Miami mistakes, but Miami have been fully in control of the outcome throughout this game.

It feels they should be up by 2 scores. This reminds me of some of the games we used to lose under the Zooker.
It feels like Miami should go out there and win this game, but I don't think they will. They will stuff this up somehow. Not mentally prepared enough.

Miami make a liar out of me by scoring. I think Miami will wind up getting at least one more possession. It isn't Ole Miss's style to run clock.
Kewan Lacy with an absolute man's performance this evening. If his hamstring is hurt, he sure isn't letting it stop him from getting yards.
Miami's secondary looks completely different with the targeting disqualification and the injury.
Do you think college will ever reduce the penalty for targeting. Too many games defenses get depleted because their star player is disqualified. Miami D looked different after the targeting
I don't think so, but I do think there needs to be a better definition of targeting. To me, it just appeared that the Miami player was trying to make a play on the Mississippi player that was close to the ground. I'm not sure what he was supposed to do in that situation. The helmet was almost the entire exposed area of the player in that situation. The Miami DB's arms were extended to wrap up too.
Holy hell. Even if he's out of bounds, how did that Miami receiver catch that?

How is that an incomplete pass????? It seemed clear to me that the toe came down first.
It looked like the toe touch a fraction of a second before heel. I am not sure how the refs can see that on the small monitor

They need to. There needs to be some wiggle room based on intent. Both of the ones tonight were not worthy of ejection. I know one was overturned. They were both just football plays.
Carson Beck looks mediocre at best this half. A shadow of his pre-injury self.
