Purdue beats psu at home by just 8, with no mingo

For all the crying about the psu game. Of the top 4 kenpom b10 teams we now probably have the best win against psu lol

Msu won by 4 at psu
Illinois by 8 at psu
Michigan won by 2 at psu without Mingo
Purdue by 8 at home with no mingo

i was one of the ones being a baby after that game. it looks much, much better in retrospect. beat them by the same margin as purdue, except their game was in w lafayette, whereas ours was in the state of pa, albeit philly. and with mingo!

Public Service Announcement - this is college basketball, where no game is guaranteed, especially the Big Ten.

We all know this is also true for the NCAA tournament and especially for teams from the Big Ten.

I am grateful for our wins. I do appreciate constructive criticism but not the blow it all up the sky is falling type.

I’m sure no one cares but it felt good establishing my position after everything I’ve read here.

Refs apparently swallowed their whistles at Mackey Arena....only 24 fouls called, 10 on Purdue. B Smith 26 pts, 14 assists, 1 turnover.

I think Rutgers goes 1-19. Sorry, they're really bad. Penn State to me has some talent, especially when they get Mingo back.

Wisconsin just killed Michigan’s drop coverage with their stretch bigs. Our stretch bigs are better. Not saying we will win, will need to hit shots obviously, but I like how we match up. We may play Mara off the floor.

I can name maybe name 3 things that are better than watching Michigan lose.
1. Michigan loses to an unranked team. (unranked)🤣
2. Dame Sarr continues do do next to nothing
3. Um…. ah…. we beat Penn State by 8?

It's tough to tell from this angle. As an official, I'm sympathetic towards them more than most. When a player is airborne, it doesn't take much to knock him off balance. I think the Wisky player keeps his feet if not for the bump with the legs, especially with how high he got up (wow).

What I noticed (and not that it really means a whole lot though) is that both Cadeau and May, who were both shown immediately after the call was made, have no real negative reaction to the foul call. The fans didn't like it, obviously.

I think we have an extreme bias against authority developing in society. Officials for sports are always wrong to a lot of people no matter what. It's just a favorite pastime of American culture. It's a problem because it discourages people from being officials.

Around 13:50 mark: yeah, that is absolutely not a foul lol. I couldn't find the replay shown on broadcast, but Cadeau didn't touch him. Honestly crazier to me that's what Wisconsin comes up with out of a timeout??

That was 1000% a foul. The Wisconsin player had Cadeau beat-- was further down court, jumped straight up, grabbed the ball, and Cadeau jumped into him.

The Twitter video cuts off just before it's easy to see the contact... Cadeau's right arm and upper body both both collide into the Wisconsin player.
