I hope those refs are called out in the media for those two traveling and the flagrant fouls.

to add to my last comment, they should publish a last 2 min rep report that is reviewed by officials from different leagues. amp up the shame factor

Brad should unload on that crap at the end of the game and then send a truck of pennies to the big ten offices to pay the fine. Brutal hook and hold call.

Hmmm. I didn't even notice the refs today.

Great win! This one makes up for the home loss to Nebraska. We're now right where we should be at 13-3, knocking on the door of the Top 10.

3-seed?

Before the game I would've said win by any means necessary. Afterwards Im pissed bc it shouldn't have been that close for a myriad of reasons. For starters, tomi is soft as tissue. He's always on the ground, getting moved wherever off his spot and the ball gets stripped or tied up so easily. Two, I don't know why brad went with that lineup later in the second half where we basically had no rim protection. That opened up an inside out game for them bc our rotations got slow. Third, the way the game lets you appeal certain things and just reinterpret something that's not 100% evident is wild to me. That hook and hold call was an abomination.

P.s. there were numerous missed calls on the glass where iowa players where allowed to be as violent as ever and our players weren't protected.

I'll take a road win any day. Officiating was painful. Horrible coaching last 10 minutes. Ben was on court way to long and BigZ should have been planted in paint. Keaton is special.

Torched Iowa City.

A real scare. But knowing you can lock down a win trying to slither out of your hands, on the road in front of a rabid, inbred - er, hostile - crowd, and against that surreal foul call at the end that basically gave the Hawkeyes a green Mario mushroom extra life…

…a game like this strengthens the fortitude of your team.

Wagler and Boswell not letting the enemy get up off the ground.

Phewee! Light a match. Don't B1G office honchos review officiating? Stinks, stank, stunk today.

I'll take the negative side here for once because I just don't get the logic with these lineups sometimes. Why did Z sit for so long? He came back in that last minute, Iowa never scored, he blocked a three, caused two missed layups just by his mere presence.

That entire time he was out we had absolutely zero rim protection. They got layup after layup after layup. Tomi and Ben just don't provide the same rim presence.

Tomi especially looks sooo slow for whatever reason.

Brad has to register a complaint with the Big Twn in those last 2 calls. Talk about Homer reffing. That was egregious.

Michael Irving was the crew chief and Doug Simmons was out there too, not sure about the third ref

Phenomenal win. Just a great team effort to take that home. That said, I have a real honest question: Why in the hell was our best defensive player and rim protector on the bench from about 10 minutes until there was 1 minute left? That just made no sense from a coaching standpoint. None. Especially with the interior being torched. I'm very happy about the win, but what the heck was Brad thinking?
