Disagree about inferring that from the line. Prior to the Andrej injury and now, kenpom and torvik both had this game about 10-11. Both systems do not address for injuries either and torvik has this game at exactly 11. Again, it doesn’t mean either are playing but the advanced metrics indicate this is an 11 point game regardless of injuries.

It’s really not surprising, Torvik has Indiana ahead of Wisconsin and kenpom just barely behind. Advanced metrics effectively has both as nearly identical even if we all think Wisconsin is far better due to their recent play.

Hold on a minute. There is negative correlation to metrics and Kenpom rating and point spread. The two are completely unrelated. The most successful basketball bets are betting against KenPom ratings.

What are you hearing? A 10.5 point favorite tells me that at least one is coming back. When you're a double digit favorite there's a believe in a comfortable win. I don't think it'll be comfortable with both out.

If Andre is not at least 90% i hope they let him heal. Also. I hope that Kyalan can play but if Kylan cant I pray BU plays someone at least 5 mintutes or so that can get into the lane and stay in front on D a little bit. That last game was as frustating i have seen since the 38 -35 PSU gme at home. No way we shouldve lost to the Badgers as well as Tomi was scoring and creating from the post. It cant all rest on Keaton tomorrow vs IU. We need to play a true guard besides him at some point some meaningful minutes if Adnre and Kylan cant go. The Mirk, T,Z,Jake, and Ben is likely the slowest line up ive ever seen on the court during key minutes in 50 years from an Illini coach when guys had no foul trouble.
