earliest st totteringham's day ever! will there even be one next year? spurs trending downward.

interesting to note that all four matches today ended 2-1 for the home side. my brain likes things like that.

I don't know which would be funnier between Spurs or West Ham playing in their respective stadiums as Championship clubs.

The Saturday mid-afternoon (UK time) window this weekend was high scoring. 19 total goals between the 3 matches. Newcastle-Everton being the "low" scoring match of 2:3.

My son has his boys learning the basics in a local camp. At 7 and 4 it's a little bit of a challenge.
The program is affiliated with Liverpool.
My son has followed Fulham for years. Last week he was watching Fulham and Tottenham.
My 7 year old walked into the room. He saw the teams and announced that he only watches Liverpool and walked away.
What a great marketing tool.

Igor Tudor sacked by Spurs.

Not yet clear if they will make a permanent appointment or install another interim. Reportedly Roberto de Zerbi and Poch are the leading candidates to replace Tudor.

Would be quite something for this season if a potential scenario plays out where Spurs get relegated, Arsenal wins the league, and Spurs going down is confirmed in their penultimate match of the season at Stamford Bridge.

As if things weren't bad enough for Spurs, it was announced yesterday that Cristian Romero will miss the rest of the regular season with a knee injury he suffered over the weekend at Sunderland. It's possible he is only out 5-8 weeks which would give him time to return for Argentina in the World Cup.

Having lived within 300 meters (both sides of the street) of Kensington High Street Tube station for 45 years, I can't hide the my **** eating grin as it relates to Spurs. However, would be much happier if it were Westham or Arsenal.

Being originally from Glenview and constantly fixated on the Prem / Illini Basketball and Football, we have a saying over here. "There is only one thing worse than a drunk Notre Dame Football Fan... that would be a sober Arsenal supporter!"

Brobbey should have been sent off for his foul on Romero (which caused the injury). He was already on a yellow and this should have been the 2nd.

Hugo Ekitike reportedly out at least 9 months after rupturing his Achilles yesterday in the UCL quarters for Liverpool against PSG. Obviously out the rest of the Premier League season and also means he'll miss the World Cup for France as well.

Slot had previously suggested Ekitike being out meant he wouldn't be able to use his first-choice attacking lineup the rest of the season.
