Not joking at all... Yormark should be fired for this decision. It's caused injuries to athletes and it was apparent to everyone except for him that it was just a horrible, horrible idea from the jump
It's a really bad look - especially through the lens of having WBB test it out first, give terrible feedback, completely ignore that and then proceed. Only when there are 4 men's teams left (that are all from the best programs w/the most $$) do they make a change.

Alright, so far I'm 8-2 in my BTT bracket. My picks for today were:

Michigan over Iowa OSU
Illinois over Wisconsin
Purdue over Nebraska
MSU over UCLA

I have a very difficult time seeing Michigan lose to OSU, but the other 3 games I could easily see going either way. Hopefully Keaton's back is healthy, if so, I like our chances for revenge. We've gotta limit their good looks behind the arc and I'd love to see us drain our open threes today. Going to need a good defensive outing from Boz and our bigs to do their part on the glass. We cannot give up 14 offensive rebounds to them again.

Nebraska-Purdue... Smart me should pick Nebraska. They've consistently done well against teams who don't defend and Purdue is lacking there. But Purdue has the offense to break them down and make shots and they're playing at a neutral site. I think Purdue gets it together this game.

MSU UCLA is also an interesting one but I think MSUs physicality matches up well in this one so long as the refs allow it. This seems like a going them down game where UCLA just doesn't feel comfortable all game. However, if UCLA gets Bilodeau going behind the arc and MSU has a bad shooting night I do see potential for upset here.

So much for OSU jumping out fast.

I know the ship has long since sailed, and we pivoted quite nicely with Mirk, but can anyone tell me what exactly Michigan is letting Morez do this year that we wouldn’t have let him do? He’s still primarily around the basket. He’s shot a good % from 3 but has only taken 24 attempts all year. I have a hard time believing we wouldn’t have let him shoot less than 1 3/game, especially if he showed any aptitude for it in practice.

Anyways, he’s a fabulous player and I’m sorry we lost him but I don’t think we will have to worry about it after this year.

Nothing, which essentially confirms that developing other facets of his game was just a line to get out of Champaign.

Saint Louis doing what they can to improve the bubble by letting the A10 steal an at large bid

was reading about misery's loss to UK in the SEC tourney..................here's an excerpt from Trent Burns , backup center...

“It’s upsetting, man,” Phillips said, “because my main focus this whole year is to be as reliable as I can for all my brothers. Anytime I get in foul trouble, they’re taking me off the court — and I know that we need me on the court. So I’ve gotta do better, man. I’ll stop fouling so games like this, we ain’t gotta be sad about no more.”

lol.............misery education at it's finest...........
I bet he’s one of their Trailer Park Management majors

i’m impressed with OSU’s interior. They are banging with Michigan, better than we did.

How other coaches can get their team , regardless of talent, to play good defense, and we can't is one of the deficiencies of our coaching staff..

They have a play where Yaxel gets the back on the wing, dribbles towards to top of key, gets around his first defender into the paint, then lobs to Morez once help comes. OSU recognized that and played it well. It was early in the game. Thought that was a nice sequence.
