Those easy lobs for Mara really give Michigan so much buffer. Then eventually one of the guards finds a 3 ball or a drive to the hoop.

They beat OSU with basically no Yaxel. This team is scary. If I could limit one player’s offense it would be Mara.

Problem is he can score 10 points between TV timeout from putbacks and oops. Really hope someone else knows off UM in the NCAAs. Don’t see it being us.

Mount Mara is the difference in this game

Michigan tightened up the defense in the stretch and tOSU had no answers. Michigan gonna be a tough out.

UM's gotta do what it's gotta do:
Morez went there to be a 3-pt sharpshooter, and if he drifts in and starts shooting 15-footers, well, he's gotta sit!
Pretty sure he went there to get a bigger bag and that's about it

Been away the last couple days so haven't had a chance to post about the bids that have been clinched. So here we go:

-Southland: McNeese defeated Stephen F. Austin 76-59. It is the Cowboys' 5th tournament appearance and 3rd straight.
-Patriot League: Lehigh defeated Boston University 74-60. It is the Mountain Hawks' 6th tournament appearance, their first since 2012.
-Big Sky: Idaho defeated Montana 77-66. It is the Vandals' 5th tournament appearance, their first since 1990.

I know the ship has long since sailed, and we pivoted quite nicely with Mirk, but can anyone tell me what exactly Michigan is letting Morez do this year that we wouldn’t have let him do? He’s still primarily around the basket. He’s shot a good % from 3 but has only taken 24 attempts all year. I have a hard time believing we wouldn’t have let him shoot less than 1 3/game, especially if he showed any aptitude for it in practice.

Anyways, he’s a fabulous player and I’m sorry we lost him but I don’t think we will have to worry about it after this year.

Yep, Bradley made the big shot and was POY in Big 12. He was the player that took over BAM’s starting position the last year at AZ
