I remember his introductory press conference when he said that Illinois was his destination job. Music to my ears!OMG, shedding tears hearing Brad's answer in the press conf about Illinois being his dream job and his wife buying 2 yr old Tyler a Brian Cook jersey. his answer was so humble, so genuine and giving credit to everyone else! Go BU!!!

My reaction in real time to his post ups in the 2nd half:Asking for a friend(s) anyone see Tomi score in the post?![]()
Man, I would love more than anything to see Roger succeed at Valpo. His teams have gotten better every year but this upcoming fourth year seems like a HUGE year for him.Would love Roger to kill it as a head coach and come back after the underwood era. The put back frog dunk against Louisville was awesome.

I know Jake as a 3-pt threat spaces things and that he is a gritty defender, but this may be a great time to switch back to Andrej.
It could catch the next opponent off guard. There is already established chemistry with him in the starting lineup- we were rolling before his injury. But watching him play defense seals it for me. Having him and Bos out there would be a tough nut to crack. Offensively, while his shot may not be the threat Jake’s is, he gives us the reverse benefit. His driving ability can draw a crowd and open up shots for Wagler on the outside.
The only downside is I rarely see Andrej pass. He is so confident he’s going to finish he dismisses all other options.
I get the “don’t tinker now” mindset. Trust me, that isn’t lost on me. But we have also had three games in a row where a great second half bailed out some first half woes. May not hurt to change something to help get off to a faster start.

Kwitcher bitchinMan, that was way uglier than it should have been.
Took 32 minutes to discover you could score inside at will.
Stojakovic the mvp of that game. Was fantastic defensively on Stirtz and came up with a ton of big baskets.
I'm tired of seeing him come off the bench the first 4-5 minutes of each half. Putting yourself in an unnecessary hole for no reason.
We would have been a house shame in B1G country had we lost to Iowa yesterday. The 1st three quarters were as stressful as the 2005 AZ game.I would agree in a way. This team wasn't necessarily expected to make the Final Four but everyone was also saying they had the potential to do such a thing. 2005 definitely had a lot more pressure because of how great that team was(kind of like Arizona this year). It would've been a gigantic disappointment if the 2005 team didn't get there. But, I think last night's game against that opponent was also a pressure cooker situation b/c of the history of Iowa as a conference rival. Maybe it's not to the level of Bears-Packers but there is a lot of history there with Iowa and so I believe Illini Nation would've been disappointed if Iowa as a much lower seed would have somehow won the game. I think in basketball, Illinois has 3 big rivalries dating back to at least the 80s(Indiana, Michigan, and Iowa). So, losing to any of those three for a chance to go to a Final Four would be a bit devastating. Glad that didn't happen here
Rhymes with all the posters on here who said we can’t score in the post lolDoes your friends name rhyme with Bomi Ovisic by chance?
I also suspect that $2 million bag Coleman got from KSU helps soothe any regret.I suspect Coleman agrees.
