That's interesting. I just read that they had the highest NIL in the conference last year. Seems like they're pretty committed. Been a good stepping stone for some good coaches. I hope he does really well there.

After the graphic in the game showing Lute Olson with the last Final 4 for Iowa and going to Arizona, I now hope Lloyd goes to UNC and McCollum goes to Arizona to follow in Lute’s footsteps….because Iowa shouldn’t get nice things.

Heard something about Self’s decision being impacted by whether they can get a certain player to come to Kansas. If yes, he’d stick around for a year, and then retire. Not sure I buy a single player being that pivotal when you consider the up and down impact of Peterson this past season.

In my humble opinion, Schertz for SLU is much better than NC St for Schertz. Schertz can continue to build his record at SLU and land a much larger program in the Midwest eventually. NC St is not there yet. In terms of NIL and alum/donor support like it can be.
I agree. Plus, SLU is on the high end in mid majors of fan support and resources/NIL. SLU can be a top mid major program.
Plus win for another year or two, and the move up to the Big East makes more sense.
It has worked out pretty well for Duke. Scheyer took over without any HC experience and they haven't missed a beat.
That's because someone else was still helping in the shadows. When youre still able to get the top Jimmy's and joes it makes it a lot easier to handle the Xs and Os.
