Absolutely. Like Dennie Bridges liked to say, "The way to win is to get off the bus with the best players." Bridges was head hoops coach and AD at Illinois Wesleyan for decades. Has one national title to his credit and many FF appearances. Back in the early sixties, I sat next to him in a World History class.

I realize this is has a sarcastic undertone, but just to hammer the point home...

Sometimes, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree... There is zero doubt in my mind that the junior Underwood would get that price from any number of other schools, if he chose.
His role may have seemed dubious a few years ago, but that kid is as sharp of an offensive mind as there is in the game right now. The style of play is attractive for players, and man,...has it been working. His potential is immense.
I won't go so far as to say he should take over after his dad, but if we keep trotting out top 10 teams with top 5 offenses until Brad retires... I wouldn't be shocked to see him on the short list.

Yep. I was merely having fun with the opinion of a few posters a few years ago. And how poorly it held up.

Let's get some info on Andrej. Anything out there? IMO, he's the difference between a very good team and an absollutely superb lineup.

I think Tyler will clearly jump a few extra rungs in the traditional coaching ladder. Not sure if that means immediately jumping into the head coach chair at Illinois as his next role, but he’s not going to start his eventual head coaching career where many do.
