The downside is Jake doesn’t look for his shot enough. He attempted 5 in the last 4 games of the season.
I'm hoping for even greener of lights for him.... now that may drop his percentage but I'm looking for a damonte Williams Junior year anomaly year for an already great shooter! it's a wish not exactly an expectation

This really doesn’t make sense. If you think it might drop his percentage taking more shots, how can he have a DaMonte like junior (actually was his senior year cuz played five) year. The huge jump in the shooting percentage was the anomaly. He only averaged 0.5 attempts more a game from year 3 to year 4.

Right after he landed the number 1 transfer?
They ran John Calipari out of town. The guy produced lottery pick after lottery pick and NBA superstars. He won a ton of conference championships, went to multiple Final Fours and a won a national championship. None of it was good enough. They finally wore him down and he bailed.

Knowing that.....how do you think they feel about Pope? They were an Oweh prayer(40 footer bank as time expires) from losing to Santa Clara in the first round.

Recruiting rankings don't matter. With the amount of money there spend, they're guaranteed guys like this. He needs to win. Nothing else saves his job.

He didn't "produce" them. He borrowed them for a year. Same as most of the lottery picks from Duke, NC, and a few others.

It still baffles my mind we are still considered a top option for Davis as all signs point to us leaning the other way on him
Yeah, I hear ya, but based on highlight reels I'd love to have him. He's a "true" pg and suitably arrogant.

Is Brad done with this current roster? Is he looking for more depth or is he set?

He wasn't getting those recruits because of his smile? 😉
Getting lots of NBA level talent is a double-edged sword at top programs. Bringing in the talent is a lot easier, but if you don't win big with it...
