The level of detail, effort and execution Coach B and his staff (especially Coaches Stepp, Lunney & Cole on this one) put into recruiting is very impressive. From the unofficial visit on (when Bennett wasn't even rated yet), the Konkeys felt great about Illinois. This staff really lives into FamILLy. Also, Stepp is a killer!

The Konkey add gives this class an average rating of 87.20. Last year’s class had an average rating of 86.99. Pretty comparable.
The quality of this class is good it will just be a very small class.
Any chance Stepp can pull off the 1-2 punch of Konkey and Knowles? That would be one heck of a size and speed WR combo to land.
