Yeah - I initially had the same thought. Before voting today, it said there is still 21 days left.

Still#1! I find it interesting that the photo USA Today has posted for the Marching Illini is in the Assembly Hall, not on the football field in Memorial Stadium. Has anyone seen the full MI Band play in the AH?

Yes. Back in the day when I was in the MI, we had a season ending show in the Assembly Hall. We also had a pregame show there, a la Ohio State's show at the St. John's Arena. No idea if they are still doing the season end show there or not—but if they are using a picture from the 80's when I was there, that is journalistic malfeasance.

Actually, I don't know why UVA's CMB isn't in this poll. They are a very, vary good marching band organization.
