They are the NFL version of the St. Louis Cardinals.
I think they have the best roster in the league. Many people will say L.A., but I’d say Denver.
Just a loaded roster. They’ll be outstanding barring injuries.
They have so many stud pass rushers, but they lost one of them to an arrest (cooper).
Based on the second drive I’d say they were right.

The play-caller also completely abandoned the run game. So unlike a Sean Payton offense.
4.8 yards per carry, which is good, but they only ran it 12 times.
Everything was just bad. One of those nights.
The offensive line was ranked #1 in the NFL. Bo Nix was pressured on 45.5% of his dropbacks.
However, when he wasn’t pressured, he was 15/18 for 126 yards and a TD.

I literally counted five drives that were killed by drops or penalties:
• Pat Bryant had a drop
• Jaylen Waddle had a drop
• Pat Bryant had two holding penalties
• Troy Franklin gets a 15yd OPI on a huge catch
It’s one of those nights where everything goes wrong and you just have to flush it.

They ran the ball only 12 times the entire game; only 6 times out of the first 23 snaps.
The pressure rates you’re talking about is a direct result of that. It wasn’t a balanced offense. KC knew they were going to throw, and their coordinator (Steve Spags) was going to keep blitzing.
Heck, on 3rd and 1 in the 2nd QTR they didn’t run it. You have to let the elite O-Line go to work.
Sorry, the play calling never gave them a chance here (among other factors).
The amount of awful stats in this game is ridiculous. They had TWO first downs in the last 34 minutes of game time.
Also one of the worst tackling performances in NFL history.
When Bo was kept clean, he was really good.
Problem was he wasn't kept clean, because the offense was so one-dimensional (from the get-go).
There's no point in having a great OLine if you won't use it to your advantage via running the ball.
