41-10 is my guess. The overall skill gap on the O and D lines I think is way too much. We got our big plays but couldnt put drives together. I see us getting a few big plays leading to 2 scores. Haven't been able to turn over much worse teams so I think 2 is all we get. I hope ive never been more wrong.

Of course if a miracle happens and we win, the story will be osu is awful not that we are good.

Hear me out. I like Martin and in a way, I think rotating the OL like they did against SIU will ultimately be a good thing as the season progresses getting so many guys reps. I think he has done well.

Champ Smith passes the look test at LT, LG and RG IMO (Not sure if he was playing RT). If there's any struggle, I wouldn't hesitate to put him on the line and make some shuffles.

While we're at it, more Cam Thomas as well IMO. Let the Ohio guys run wild in their home state to help the Illini beat OSU.

Although with all the OL injuries, I think OSU is going to attack the entire OL. Why not. A good week to improve against a very good D.

Illini minds think alike haha. I also have a crazy shift on the defense where you put Bailey at LB with Thomas, Resetich at the CHIEF and put Hankins at the S spot if not X (Put Hankins at the NICKEL). That's a little more extreme though.

Woody Hayes' grandson dots the "i" in script Ohio at halftime and receives a standing ovation from the sellout crowd of mostly partisan Buckeye loyalists. Duke crushes William and Mary at home 87-0, and the Illini make their debut in the AP Top 25 at #11.

I understand it's all ruled by TV now and the executives at FOX clearly believe that dominating the 11:00 am CT window is better than competing with ABC / ESPN for primetime viewers, but ... as I watched Ole Miss and LSU this weekend, it really struck me how weird it is that an especially hyped Big Ten matchup at night is so rare (i.e., it will simply be one of NBC's 3 picks it gets vs. FOX's 7 and CBS' 3).

Like, OSU has played four of its last six home games at 12:00 pm local time simply because FOX tells them they have to, lol ... that would get very old.
