My first reaction was surprise, disappointment, with a dash of that old familiar feeling of here we go again..he did what? we got who?.Now that it's soaked in and I've researched & educated myself on this guy..Im drinking the coolaid..Im all in!..cant wait!..make it happen..!!!

I've wished for a consistant winning basketball program for more years than I care to recall..It all boils down to the coach. Top tier players are going to play for a Coach/program that give them exposure. I've come to realize that Illinois is not willing to pay what it takes to get that type of...

Amazing what 1 big W does for the tone of comments on here..It shows how passionate Illini fans are and how hungry we are for a solid winning program..Last night the star's were in line and we were real close to hitting on all cylinders..Great win!..Much needed for the players, coaches, and fans..!

Until such time as Illini Admin. is willing to pony up some major $$ for a premier coach that attracts premier players, we are what we are..Mid-Major coaches don't attract those type of player. If they're lucky they occasionally gets some talent and put a decent team together but not...
