Ryan Day is just not a game day coach. OSU wins a lot because they spend more $$ to get good players than most anyone else. When matched against equal talent decision making become critical.

I would have assumed that the orange cone along the back of the EZ was the OOB marker. That the edge of the white line was the OOB and not the edge of the blue line. I guess I'm wrong.
