What an unmitigated disaster that Hauck was. Cooper has this defense playing more like I thought it could. Maryland and Oregon both had pretty good offenses and this Defense has shown up well for both.

63 pts in a half. That is miserable

Our 3 pt defense is atrocious. Rebounding sucks.

No rebounding , turnovers that are dumb, can’t hit wide open 3’s

Guys. It’s an exhibition. It doesn’t count. Freshman played and avg of 10 mins or more. BW wants to see how people play against competition. I wouldn’t read much into Vaaks and Z’s minutes.

Defense looks a little suspect so far.

I forgot about that Missed Andrej dunk. If we can get Z back on track shooting 3’s and be a little stronger with his base he could be a huge X factor for this team!

This is not good. 1 Friday night game is bad enough but 2? Come on now.

43 from a 2nd round pick. Tell me the Bulls didn’t misuse Ayo in his time there. Ayo was one of the most clutch players we ever had at Illinois. I’m convinced we got kicked out of NCAA’s because of the again baloney Mich St player breaking his nose. He was not quite the same after that for the...

Those guys pretty much feasted on everyone. That’s why they were all conference. He was our best option at defense before he got hurt. We played one of the top schedules in the country and the guy generally got their beat player. Did pretty well considering. The hand injury really hurt him and...

I’ll stick with Ty instead of Sincere

I hope Z actually makes his 1-3ptr he will take in this game. He is way over do. Illinois Needs to take care of the ball and actually make some shots this time. Should help it’s not a virtual home game for UConn like MSG and we should be well represented. As long as our same D shows up I think...

Yeah BU can’t win the big games and he is a horrible coach. He can’t win in the post season! No adjustments. Nice to not hear any of those comments tonight! Let’s beat Iowa and get to the Final 4! How about it! We have a golden opportunity right in front of us! Sign BU to another extension tonight!

Sweet 16! Tomi great game ( he looks back to last season form), Andrej was superb, BAM defense and offense truly looking fully back to pre-injury form. People need to step back from game to game analysis for individuals and realize this team is a sum of its parts and it varies game to game on...

They could call everything like the Arizona/Illini game in the Elite 8 and fouls everybody out for Houston. But they won’t since the game is in Houston.
