The atmosphere around the neighborhood has been amazing. I think the sweep, followed by winning the first two games has got people excited. Neighborhood bars have been rocking and everyone wearing Sox gear. Such a blast!!

This is what we can't forget. This has been a magical season, and the second in a row with around a 20 game YOY improvement. Pretty unbelievable.

I've stayed off the board lately as it's just been too damned frustrating. After the last series against Detroit it feels like we have a bit of swagger back, but the previous series with Pitt, StL, and Cle were just soooo damn painful. I'm feeling better about it all. LFG Sox!!!

This is all conjecture at this point, but my understanding is the 78 doesn't have the space for both. The only rumor I heard at one point was the Sox could leave, and that would provide enough space for the Bears. I think the horse (or Bear) is out of the barn on that one.

Agreed. My gut (and nothing more) is Sox stay pat. It's a good and historical location, and there is soooo much land associated with the park.

Yeah, this whole section of the article was weird. I’ve not heard anyone saying that. I do think it’s a tight race but I like our chances. Wish we would have done a bit more before the deadline but I can appreciate we actually have some great team chemistry.

I thought we had a chance. If we could keep to our play second half of last year, maybe improve a bit, and in a gritty division it wasn’t impossible. Notes would I put money on it????? Different story.
