Shon Morris was asking Bohannon about their bigs taking Leron out of the game. He said they did a great job but forgot to give any credit to the Iowa guys in the striped shirts.

Agree with this option. Lou Henson didn't have a great record in his first 5 years but he did very well after that.

After tonight's game Coach Groce has a 36-52 (.409) record in his first 5 seasons in Big Ten Conference play. After his first 5 seasons of coaching in the Big Ten Coach Henson had a record of 35-55 (.389). Giving him more than 5 years sure did work out well.

After a win most comments are about how well players played and not much about coaching decisions. Following a loss most comments are about the bad decisions made by the coaches and not about turnovers and missed shots.

Players get the credit for victories and coaches get the blame for defeats. That is just the way it is.

After the last two games I am hoping that after the renovation there will not be enough room for the opposing team bands to sit between the south end zone and the stands. I enjoy listening to the Marching Illini play during the game and the other band is a distraction to this.

The flag girls kneel on one knee and salute the flag as it goes by. This is something that they have done at each game this year.
