I have been a fan of NIL and kids getting to transfer, I don't think it's been implemented the best way. I like the idea of salary caps, but doesn't that kinda kill the NIL moniker? As far as transfers go. Limit it to something like, everyone gets one free transfer. This can be used at any point...
