Lots wrong for sure from original poster. Also from you.
Today is April 17th: asserting that there will not be five teams better than the Illini may prove true ( I think so) but honestly, it is ridiculous to assert certainty about other team's rosters at this point. You know that.

"If he wants to develop" -- same as it ever was. It's not simple, it's not straightforward. Think it through, young man, and then pull the trigger -- stay or go, neither is right and neither is wrong. Depends on what you seek. Ignore the noise.
When I see something worded like this -- "all signs pointing to X landing Y" -- I find myself wondering: is this actual reporting based on meaningful information, such as school or agent sources (who will not always prove right, as recruiting is famously fluid), or is this website-gossip...
I'd say it's not this board's judgment that matters. Rather, Coach Underwood seemed unable to find a way to play Petro even while Kylan and Andrej were injured. So it appears that Mihailo doesn't provide what his coach is looking for. Maybe that could be fixed up over a full off-season.
Perhaps this: 3 point shots resemble, somewhat, fixed-range, face-up shots. Fade-aways, turn-arounds, pull-ups off the dribble, runners, et cetera are more different.
It seems clear enough, doesn't it? Andrej needs to siginficantly improve his 3-point shooting accuracy in order to succeed at the NBA level. Doesn't matte how or where he accomplishes this, but he needs to do so.
I'm a troglodyte, so I completely agree with this. Every season, every game: win on the glass and win on the defensive side and you'll be in the game. Including NC.
Coach Underwood's take on Coach Antigua: "He's great for me. I have a tendency to coach kinda the glass half empty. ... I want the perfect game ... He's got a tremendous way of looking at it as the glass is half full."
And there it is: how a coaching staff can become greater than the mere sum...
