While I agree that this will be good for long term growth, this was the year for us to utilize our returnees’ experience and then lean on the young/talented depth to run teams out of the gym. Not necessarily grow them for the future. With how many moves that happen each year, “long term growth”...

I’m not worried about us playing our best ball come Jan/Feb when we have our full team at full conditioning. I just hope we don’t have enough setbacks that we can’t build a top 3 seed resume even with us playing well in early 2027. It’s not impossible for lower seeds to make the championship...

We actually did this as recently as last week. (Not sure about this week with KH back) We ran 5 multi-back plays (one of them was a 3 RB set) against Oregon. May have been due to our backup QBs being in and the plays available to them, but Lunney has it in his bag.

I’m in the minority here but when I saw the aerial shots of MS from behind the new scoreboard, I thought it all looked really nice together. Very clean. But maybe it would look even better with that dark blue.

Michigan should be 3-4 and sweating not making a bowl. Too bad…

When an insider says “we’ve done a good job closing the gap” that let’s me know it’s a long shot and probably not going our way. But that’s all good. BU has more than earned our trust when it comes to talent evaluation. He’ll find the next big name…and the next…etc.

Not gonna read the post game thread (nor do I ever step foot in the game threads) because they are often toxic on IL. But I’ll say that I wasn’t overly disappointed with tOSU. And if we can see continued improvement and the havoc we were promised on D, this offense can get us to at least 3-3...

Ahhhh, I’m picking up what y’all are putting down. It’s not a technical oops…but a “you skipped a ton of highlights” oops.

It’s one full quarter later, though, right? Roughly 12 minutes left in the 3rd to roughly 12 minutes left in the 4th. That’s a lot of time for the comeback. Also, they are going in different directions. (As further verification that the quarter has turned over)

If we are destined for a 5 turnover game (from either team) please let it be this one. Either we get ours out of the way for the season (against a team we’d likely never beat), or we win because they gave us the ball 5 times. (I’d prefer the latter)
