I know the B10 is not very good this year, but is anyone?? The number of ranked teams losing and looking bad doing so is something else. Is it the talent level? Too much turnover (transfers)? NIL/chemistry issues? Or just part of the cycle of good and bad play?

With 13 ranked teams losing this weekend, I think the Top 25 just misses the Fighting Illini being in the mix and it is their way of inviting us back in.

I think it's a combination of the teams everyone expected to be good this year haven't been, and the nature of the polls being extremely slow to adjust or account for new teams that are good. Just off the top of my head, UNC, Gonzaga, Kentucky, Baylor, Duke, Creighton, Arkansas, Villanova and Indiana were all top 15 preseason teams that just haven't been nearly as good as expected. Polls replace them with teams like Charleston, who are there merely because they only lost 1 game, not because they've been entirely impressive.

The under the radar teams as a result have been sneaky good and haven't been recognized yet. The most glaring of these so far is probably Rutgers, who has legitimately been the 2nd best team in the B1G thus far, and Saint Mary's, who might be finally better than Gonzaga this season and has some impressive wins as well.

Do not forget: Stay out of debt;
"Think twice and take this good advice from me.

Guard that old sovereigncy.

There just one other thing you ought to do.

To thine own self be true."

A classic episode of a classic television show.
