Why is Phinisee on the bench ? ......and why is TJD so highly thought of .......He made a bad pass, got bailed out by teammates and then fumbled the pass out of bounds............smh on tjd praise.....,

A 9 point lead has vanished like a fart in a whirlwind.......this comeback by purdont sits squarely at Woodson's feet.......

In the rematch, I'd like to see how'd it go if we tried to play at hyper-speed whenever Edey is on the floor. Full sprint attack 94 feet and score in under 7 seconds. I'd wager that it would nullify Edey.

Williams committing one of the dumber fouls I've seen - big man, you are good but not good enough to be guarding Phinisee 30 feet from the basket

Our small ball lineup certainly kept us in the game when Kofi was in foul purgatory.

Talk for a long time about Phinisee is low confidence.....he goes out and scores 17 in the first half , then sets on the bench for almost 7 minutes to start second half.......????.........Seems to me you would start him the second half and ride him till he collapses......JMHO

Race Thompson never lets the ball go through the basket when a foul is called. The whistle blew and he reached out to grab Ivey so he wouldn't make a basket.

Illinois did a good job limiting Gillis in the game against Purdue. He's sort of a Grandison figure for Purdue.

I understand the animous for Indiana. I just don't have it that much. Heck of an environment there tonight. I'm pulling for them.

Jackson-Davis does indeed have a punchable face though.

Great game. Looking forward to the ending.

Purdue looks tired. I would like to see Kofi go against Williams in the rematch. Need to get him on the opposite rotation Eden draws too many fouls

Has this already been mentioned a lot on here? Ivey is a clone of Ayo. Their physique, their games and physical appearance (particularly when Fox shows that high, full-court view of the game.)

I guess one difference is that Ivey is getting drafted in the 1st round.

This is a fun B1G ten basketball game. Classic B1G hoops.
On the flagrant against Ivey, I thought he should have gotten his second flagrant for bucking up. He got hit the arm, not malicious at all. And like someone said above, he didn't want that smoke.

Yeah, I noticed it last season. He doesn't have the mind of Ayo though.

phinisee with 17 in first half and doesn't attempt a shot in second half until 25 seconds left in the game?
