It’s funny how much more fun to watch our squad was today vs that dragging plodding Iowa bunch.

Man, with all the games being cancelled/postponed I find it hard to stay optimistic about this season. It will be a miracle if all our games actually happen. Just one case on our team = multiple games not being played. And with Scott Drew testing positive I'm not sure the Baylor game will happen, unfortunately. I'm excited for a potentially historic season, but also getting my nut cup ready.

I hate the Hawkeyes and their fans more than any other team, so it pains me to say this. Iowa is going to be our biggest challenge this year. They basically bring back the same team losing Krieger and Pemsl. They add back a healthy Bohannon and Jack Nunge as well as Patrick McCaffery who is a much better offensive player than his brother. Former Hawkeye star Kenyon Murrays twins are freshmen and Keegan looked good yesterday. They have some defensive issues but hard to match #55 and their offensive punch.

Still not completely sold on Iowa especially away from home. They lost every important road game in the B1G last season. That won't cut it if you want to win the conference.

Iowa will probably win quite a few games this year but man do they look slow. Also their half court defense is suspect. I think they are overrated some. Hope we flush them

They have zero players on their roster with the size + quickness to guard Ayo. He will dominate. The dude who guarded him last season was a 5th year.

Home court advantage will matter much less this year with no fans.
