12/12 Games

Syracuse trounced BC. Alan had a nice game. Glad the move is working out for him. I believe in every game he has taken the most or second most shots on team. That likely was not going to happen at Illinois.

After he stomped on the guy at Purdue, I was no fan of his anymore. He seemed to have a bad attitude about him. I hope he loses that of course.

Yes, he should never have done that at Purdue. Terrible mistake, which he payed for with a two-game suspension. But he also had a lot of great moments at Illinois, especially remember big shots to beat Wisconsin and his play at Northwestern, rebounded much better than most players at his position, and I might be in the minority but get tired of reading negative things about him here.

I tried to be reasonable in my critique. I enjoyed many parts of his game. He was just too emotional for my liking.

I'll always love Alan. I'm not saying that he was, but when Mizzou was depantsing us last year, he seemed to be the only player that cared.

I also think he's a huge loss for this team. Not that he doesn't have his faults, but I think Alan would've grabbed a few of those second half Baylor rebounds.

Watching Memphis and Auburn....does anyone recall if we recruited Justin Powell (KY guard)...freshmen who scored 11 of the first 13 Auburn points. His shooting would help KY.

Blast from recruiting past...Landers Nolley on Memphis (transfer from Va Tech)
