12/3 Weekend Games

Maybe more so this year than ever the # of teams in the ncaa capable of winning the National Championship is a pretty sizable list....haven't looked at the Vegas odds on this.... but there just doesn't seem to be a clear cut favorite...there may be a couple teams separate themselves from the pack in the next few weeks but I think this years tourney could be one of the best in many years

Especially if we are playing in the game for the Natty

Can anyone explain, with any objective analysis, how Notre Dame can beat Michigan State easily and then lose their conference opener to....wait for it....wait for it..........SYRACUSE??? I know basketball is a roller coaster but really?

Just saw that Rutgers smoked the candy stripes. I thought they were the cream of the crop in the Big Ten. It isn’t easy to win on the road in the BT.

Like I said about the Ill/Md game and now Ind/Rut, WELCOME TO THE BIG TEN ROAD SCHEDULES. The freshmen don't know what they are getting into and there's no way to prepare them for the smack in the face. The Illini for one will be better for it, if they become ready for the rough and tumble. With Underwood, I am sure that we will fight through it. Almost no one goes through the road schedule unblemished and I would rather lose this game early in the season as opposed to later on.

Losing a game like this at home would be a different story.

IMHO it came down to 3 point shots not falling.A good team should be able to score multiple ways.

Perhaps the real question is how did Michigan State lose so badly to Notre Dame?!

Not sure where to post this. I remembered when Crean took over and basically kicked the whole team off. Now he tells why. I wonder if Sampson changed his ways

lol at thinking Samscum changed his ways🤣 If anything he's probably gone full throttle renegade with all the NIL rules and is able to exploit the hell out of it at a program like Houston. Its got him the top ranking in college hoops and I will admit that he is a pretty good x & o coach but still a scumbag nevertheless.
I'm just thankful this holiday season that IU fired him and left that program in disarray. Couldn't have happened to a nicer fan base.

I wouldn't give us a good chance to win at Rutgers this year either. Thankfully, we only get them at home this year.

Michigan and Kentucky playing in London.

Win/win or lose/lose, depending on how you think of these sorts of games.

I see a win/win. If Michigan wins, good for the conference. If Michigan loses, then good...because I don't like them.

OK but for real, what is happening at Louisville? They're down 30 at home against Miami.

They still have guys that played basketball in high school and we're recruited to a D1 program, right?

At this point in the season I don’t see an obvious favorite March champion. Looks like it may be whoever gets hot. Still lots of time for development but may only take one star emerging from one of the high level teams. RJ coming on stream with Hawk and TJ. Skyy, MM, and Epps need to take a step up and we will be there.

Nebby giving Creighton a game on the road.

VT walloped UNC

UCLA making our win look less and less good

To go at Eddy you have to run. Get rebound and go. Mn tried it early but they don’t have the horses. They don’t have Williams to split time.
