Got a stake in OSU (sorry, tOSU - since the other OSU is also playing tonight) for personal reasons, even though I am an Illini fan through and through. I don't see any logical reason for Illini fans to root for IU in this one. We have to beat OSU regardless of whether or not OSU wins tonight or loses. Now if there are some that are afraid of losing a bye in the Big Ten Tourney, then I say you have not enough faith in your team.

Go Hoosiers!

The main thing I don't want is for tOSU to come out of this game motivated. So, some preferred outcomes would be (in no particular order, and frankly probably just as likely to motivate as to de-motivate):
- Lose a devastating triple-OT game
- Win a close grinder after almost blowing a big halftime lead
- Suffer another 20-point blowout loss at home

Deflated > Motivated

Don’t think it matters so much, though. They will have no answer for Kofi. Just need the threes to fall at a reasonable clip to keep things inside-outside. A few rebounds and made free throws wouldn’t be too much to ask, either.
Let’s get LOUD at SFC! (Or in your abode if you can’t be there…)

Let's leave no margin for error.

I just want every team competing for the league title to lose as many as possible.
And I totally get that. You must not have a kid or kids going to other Big Ten schools.

Definitely rooting against IU. If we do our part it doesn't matter if OSU wins. Definitely would like to see a close exhausting game.

tOSU seems so Jekyll and Hyde. I've watched them this year and they look like a top-25 team, but MOST of the time, they look bottom-half of B1G good.

The good thing is, whichever one shows up at our game, we still beat 'em.

wow awful defense by IU on the last possession. Liddell backdoor dunk to tie it
