I'm going to hold out hope he stays. A no nonsense coach could do him and his potential some good.

If DJW can improve his ability to get to the basketball, he could be a big winner in BWood's system. IMO AJ is the guy that might be left out.

Tired of that offense probably.

Offensive offense. Still can't believe so many people wanted him. Wouldn't wanted to watch us win šŸ˜œ. Well, maybe I could have adapted. Wouldn't have complained until the second season.

Really, really hope DJ stays. He is so mobile for his size and has shown a willingness to drive to the hoop as well as knock down three-pointers. Malcolm Hill also (justifiably) took up most of his minutes this year. He'd compete with Kipper next year but Kipper can also play the four spot.

AJ, man... he has been taking shooting lessons from Alex Legion, and we'll have a ton of guards next year if Mark Smith signs. His shot looks kind of flat to me. I don't know what he's bringing to the table if he's not hitting shots.

If a kid transfers because his coach is fired or leaves, do they still have to sit out a year?

Don't get the bashing of Virginia's offense. Mover Blocker is pretty popular. UCLA runs it, so does the Portland Trailblazers. Virginia's pace is slower but the nuts and bolts of it is being ran by quite a few programs.

They failed to break 50 points in 3 games this year. Couldn't break 40 in their final game.

'Nuff said.

Besides Perrantes, they pretty much had no player that could create for them self this year. Still got a 5 seed and have won the ACC a couple times in the last few years. Something must be working.

I hate Bill Self. I hate Kansas. I hate the bench players that insist on making finger glasses every time a three goes in. Wasn't really sure which thread to put this on, so I chose here.

Yes, the only waiver available now is for grad students.

Correct, but even before the rule change, a coach getting fired or leaving had no effect on the transfers. Those things by themselves were not considered basis for applying for a hardship waiver.

Indeed, and it is their defense. They just play such good defense usually that they can win games only scoring 50 points.

I missed this in the madness yesterday, but 6-3 guard Kwe Parker is transferring from Tennessee, per a source. Elite level athlete.
