Kofi is selling his stuff on the players trunk this week. This should take away any last hope of him coming back

I read one that had Ayo to Bucks, and Kofi to No Lucks...

I don't know who's advising Kofi right now, but he should make every effort to preserve his eligibility to return. Even if he doesn't use it later on, that's probably worth a lot more than whatever he would pick up from selling a little bit of merchandise on the side.

That ship sailed when the NY handlers moved him to Dallas.

Kofi going pro doesn’t stop him from endorsing business in Champaign and Chicago where he is recognizable. So even if he plays overseas or G league, he can get paid to play basketball AND supplement with endorsements on the side.

This is the first that I have heard of this, are we sure?

edit: Saw in another post, that he is now selling merchandise. I wish him well. I doubt we will ever see a player like him again. We may find better, but 7', 285 and athletic is incredibly rare!

The biggest thing to improve Kofi's stock is if he gets a combine invite. If that happens, he will hopefully be a 2nd round flier, and at worst a season or 2 in the G League.

That was a month ago & I have seen no two round mock drafts where they have been predicted to pick him.
Early 2nd rounder in this one.
and 59th on this big board.

Edit: I might have misread, it seems you were only talking about the raptors taking Kofi.

Just an interesting article I ran into.
I could see him being a late draft flyer for an Eastern conference team. Brooklyn, Raptors, Celtics, heck even the Bucks (B Lo is getting old) and the up-and-comers (NYK, Charlotte) all need big men to counter Embiid, who figures to be a playoff mainstay for awhile. Just having him in the conference is going to give some old school brutes a couple more paychecks than they otherwise might've gotten. Hopefully Kofi can benefit. Would love to see him on a team like the Raptors where they have a track record of developing guys.

Jack Sikma was the coach working with the Toronto big men. When they won the title & traded Jonas they cut ties with Jack. Dont think their Bigs have been as good since he left the Raptors
