Kofi will play in the NBA - there is plenty of room for a backup center that can rebound and rim protect and has low post moves to score when one on one - I think that is his floor
Longevity in the NBA is all about finding your niche and being really good at it - Kofi has plenty of athleticism, but he needs to work on his perimeter defense, and passing - if he does his ceiling could be a really good starting center in the NBA - he doesn't need to be a 3 point shooter - just not be a defensive liability and dominate inside is enough to be really effective
He will be a matchup problem for a lot of teams - who on the Bulls would have guarded him last year? I don't know if he gets drafted but there will be a place for him in the NBA - he's way too good and physically gifted to not be in the NBA, regardless of what the analytics say for his draft profile
