Pretty great draw for us. Hosting Penn State, hosting revenge game against Indiana, and its about time we go to Maryland and take care of business. Unfortunately, there isn't a premiere road trip in my eyes. I'll probably go down to Purdue for the first time. Minnesota is interesting but man is that far. But the flip side is this should be a good year for home cooking!

No Ohio St, no Michigan, Penn St at home? Can’t beat that.

Just hoping for an established consistency which BB and JW keep talking about.
And as far as no OSU or UMich on our schedule, be careful what you ask for. It can happen.

Wow, couldn't get a better draw than this.

Only issue I have is with Kansas, and this is classic Illinois football scheduling voodoo. They've been absolute garbage but now seem to be finding their footing. I believe Robert just talked about this in an article recently, but we have the great fortune of scheduling these soft non-con opponents only for them to get red hot during the season they play us.

Absolutely agree. Putting a resurgent team like Kansas on our schedule is so Illinois. Then, to stack the deck against us even more, the game is at their place.

So, nobody gets a week zero game and all get one bye week. The pressure will be to stay healthy with that bye week three quarters into the season.

Classic scheduling luck for sure but seeing as Leipold is a very hot commodity we might be getting them with a new coach.

Keep in mind if things go our way, we get both Michigan and Ohio St this year and perhaps one of them next year too.
Not great for wins but it is because we are getting there that counts.
