Fears with a bucket, steal, assist, assist in 3 straight possessions. Just tearing it up right now.
Jacobsen is Purdue’s next tree that will be a problem. Has some nice skill to his game.Anyone have a review of the other players? Especially any that will be in the big ten next year?
Agree that Jacobsen for Purdue will likely be a big problem in years to come. Highly skilled big who doesn't have the weight/strength and technique needed to take over this upcoming season, but after that he'll probably be a year in year out 1st team All-B10 candidate in my opinion. He's really good, just won't have a mature enough body to take over next year and should have some early growing pains.Anyone have a review of the other players? Especially any that will be in the big ten next year?
Ugg was hoping he was just tall.Jacobsen is Purdue’s next tree that will be a problem. Has some nice skill to his game.
Or how 'bout Mr. Fears pours in 40, and Mr. Boswell gets the triple-double vs. his former coach!I hope that when Mr. Fears plays for the Illini that we play Arizona and Fears drops a triple double on the mildcats doorstep......
take that tommie boy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..................................I really really do...........................
If Fears joins Illini in January 2025, I hope he spends the time from then to when 25-26 season starts, shooting as much or more at Ubben as Shannon did. Improving 3pt shooting to be consistently reliable and improve on defense will make him a better all around player and would get more minutes as a freshman.Fears went 3/20 from three. Glad he has another year of HS left, he also only shot 29 % from three in the Nike EYBL circuit last year. Hopefully he can improve on that.
