Ouch. So both teams that played in the BTT Championship game are already out.

Lots of effed brackets now, including mine #dontcare suck it sparty. Will have that look of stupor on that little whiner forbes face permanently etched in my memory. Never liked him

Is msu the highest regarded 2 seed to lose ever? Lots of people were picking them to win it all or at least play in Houston

I'm in a pool that is on pickhoops. They publish stats for all 113,000 brackets that are on their site. MSU was #2 champion out of all, with 25% of the brackets having them as champs. That was a complete bracket buster.

Now we just need an Iowa late game collapse to make this a perfect 30 minutes or so.

Now my jaw is dropping over this Iowa (maybe) collapse.
Fouls the three point shooter with 2.0 to go.
He's hit the first two. Its a one point game with one FT to go.
Iowa trying to ice him

Edit: He hit 'em both. Likely OT

The first GIF posted in this thread is somewhat ironic.

Missouri's loss to Norfolk State in 2012 is probably closest, but I think this tops it. Missouri had one of the best offenses in the country that year (like MSU), but they had a really bad defense (unlike MSU).

Wondering how you all go about rooting for the rep of the big ten vs. teams you hate? IE is it bad that I'm rooting for Iowa right now?
I've always maintained that it's okay to root for the B10 in March, as long as they aren't facing off against the O&B. What raises the conferences, raises Illinois.

I'd rather be a Kentucky in the SEC. I loved watching MSU lose, and I'll be happy if Iowa goes down too :)

I usually root for the Big Ten in all out of conference games. This year I just want to see everyone else suffer. Plus I really despise Iowa.
