There very well could be a major drop off in the quality of players after the front 5. As a 16 seed, they are likely taking their shot with their best players, regardless of tiredness.

Is it a wise strategy to not sub -- no; however, the coach has likely calculated it is his only shot.

Siena with the chance to employ the "Hack-a-Dame" strategy as the game stays close going into the last 10 minutes.

Would be awesome to see duke fall,probably not but always a chance. How many McDonald's aa's does duke have? Same question about sienna ? Pretty sure I know the answer to sienna.

I don't want to like this...but you're exactly right. Hope the coach calls a timeout about a minute after this TV timeout then gets another rest under 4 minutes. Goal is to be within 4 points at the under 4... Hopefully he's thought through all this only playing 5 players. 2 timeouts left

Sienna is getting shots off from the arc but not hitting enough to pull away. Duke defensive pressure is elite leading to runouits. Several huge ORs by Boozer keeping Duke in the game. Not likely to see Sienna win this one, but they certainly have played an admirable game and have a lead with under 6 min. to play.
