VCU is small and unathletic, with no rim protection. Exactly the kind of team we’ve feasted on.

UNC — bit of a different story with Vessaar and a guy like Trimble.

That's why you run a play. A play specifically designed to clear the lane if your goal is to a specific player to the rim.

It’s just another great example of why seeding is so important. High Point is a great team. Those bad losses or heart breakers that drop you a couple lines in the seeding will come back to haunt you.

Wisconsin losing to Oregon and gettin curb stomped by BYU and TCU is the difference in them being a 5 and a 3 seed

Most years, they’re a 12 or 13 - not an 11. However, with so many conf tourney upsets, that’s what we’ve got… and they look awful.

Would’ve honestly preferred the Texas-NcState 11 seed/first four was in this region.

These mid majors lack so much ATHLETICISM that it’s not even the same ballpark against the big boys. Somehow this is only a 11pt game.

A lot of these VCU misses when attacking the rim off the dribble look like the kind of shots we also force (and miss).
And, on cue, the next possession they kick it out instead, and nail a three.

I'm seeing some good passing, good floor spacing, solid defense, and strong effort out of UNC. We gotta get past Penn first, but they will not be an easy out.
